Nested Cavity Optical Parametric Oscillator Emitting at 8 µm Pumped by a Pulsed Single-Frequency 2 µm Fiber Laser

Résumé

We report an optical parametric oscillator in a nested cavity configuration (NesCOPO) with a ZnGeP2 crystal, pumped by a pulsed 2 μm fiber laser and emitting around 8 μm. Since the first characterizations of the NesCOPO have been made, the main objective is to obtain a single-frequency tunable radiation.
